Do I need to know the square footage?
No. Start with your address and the areas you want cleaned. Photos are helpful, and we can follow up if measurements are needed.
Will I get a final price online?
The first step is an estimate request. We review the surface, condition, access, and scope before preparing a quote. Some projects may need an on-site assessment.
Pressure washing or soft washing?
The appropriate method depends on the material and condition. Softer surfaces may need a lower-pressure approach. We’ll discuss the proposed method when reviewing your project.
Do I pay when I request an estimate?
No. Estimates and consultations are free. We’ll discuss your estimate, scope, and scheduling before arranging the work.
Can I include more than one area in my estimate?
Absolutely. Select every area you’d like us to review (your driveway, porch, house, or something else) and add any priorities in the notes. We’ll discuss the scope together before scheduling.
What about a stubborn stain or damaged surface?
Tell us what you’ve noticed and attach a close-up photo to your email before sending. We’ll review the surface and condition, discuss what’s realistic, and let you know if a closer assessment is needed.
